Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of hub-ai.dev (the “Service”), operated by [Company]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
hub-ai.dev is a spreadsheet application that can run AI jobs on your data. Some jobs run entirely in your browser using your own model/API key (“local”), and are free. Other jobs run on our servers as durable background batches (“async”) and are billed in prepaid credits. You are responsible for the data you process and for complying with the terms of any third-party model provider you use.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.
4. Credits & payments
Paid async runs consume prepaid credits. Credits are purchased in packs through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), do not expire, have no cash value, and are not transferable. We meter credits per processed cell; cells that fail are refunded in credits. Prices and the credit formula may change prospectively. Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable. Taxes may apply and are handled by the payment provider where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach security or rate limits, resell the Service, or violate the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you upload or process. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. For local jobs, your data and your own API key stay in your browser. For async jobs, the necessary inputs are sent to the model provider on your behalf.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including OpenRouter (model inference for async jobs), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Brevo (email), and Google (optional sign-in). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Contact & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Questions: [contact email].
